Job Summary
Own the company's sole marketing function by shaping go-to-market strategy across medical, commercial, and defense markets while executing hands-on campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine messaging, then drive demand generation through integrated programs, SEO, and paid media. Produce web content, sales collateral, and thought leadership pieces, manage the corporate website and CRM databases, and coordinate external vendors for events. Balance strategic initiatives with daily execution to prioritize high-impact activities and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications within B2B professional services, preferably engineering or product development
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, graphic design, engineering, data science, or liberal arts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Experience developing marketing strategy while also personally executing marketing programs
- Strong understanding of industrial, technology, engineering services, or B2B technical marketing
- Experience with digital marketing, content development, CRM systems, marketing automation, and website management, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress
- AEO and SEO competency
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and get things done
