Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager leads all marketing initiatives for Bielinski Homes and Bielinski Management, ensuring brand integrity, strategic growth, and exceptional customer engagement. This role manages agency relationships, day-to-day marketing activities, and is responsible for protecting the company’s reputation, including responding to all online reviews. Responsibilities include developing and managing the annual marketing plan, analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements, overseeing website updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements, updating Google and responding to Google reviews, creating and refining marketing materials, designing and communicating monthly consumer promotions, monitoring and protecting the company’s reputation across all platforms, planning and promoting events such as model home grand openings, creating and distributing email campaigns, obtaining photos of new products for use on the website, BDX, and marketing agency, creating new renderings and updating existing renderings for products, attending professional photo shoots, providing administrative support. Requirements specify a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 5+ years of marketing experience/coordination, plus favorable experience in the home building/construction sector, with strong organizational, communication, and software skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
