Job Summary
Lead data-driven marketing across Bankstown Sports Club and its venue portfolio, driving revenue through ROI-focused campaigns and a CRM-led strategy. Manage and mentor a 4–7 person marketing team, oversee high-volume digital content across social, website, and campaigns, and coordinate multi-venue marketing execution with external agencies and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving revenue via data-led marketing strategies, monitoring and optimising marketing performance for ROI, owning reporting across campaigns, CRM, and digital channels, leading CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing (Indi or similar platforms, AI-driven preferred), driving customer segmentation and loyalty initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to venue audiences. Expected capabilities include leadership, hands-on marketing execution, digital content management, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading marketing teams in clubs, pubs, or hospitality venues
- Proven track record driving revenue outcomes and ROI-focused campaigns
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Indi highly regarded)
- Expertise across digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
- Experience managing and developing a team (4–7 direct reports)
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
