Job Summary
Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the company, manage budgets exceeding $1M, coordinate direct mail programs and lead aggregators, and oversee vendors/independent contractors for PPC, SEO, and Facebook campaigns. Work closely with the call center manager to ensure leads are converted and identify conversion issues. Lead and coordinate Marketing/Events teams including a Call Center Manager, big box Program Leader, Events Team Leader, and Marketing Intern. Execute an integrated marketing strategy to support revenue goals and deliver KPI reports while staying current on industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Marketing experience within the home improvement industry
- Proven experience managing and optimizing $1M+ marketing budgets
- Digital and traditional marketing experience
- Experience working closely with a call center and understanding how to solve problems related to lead conversion within the call center
