Job Summary
Develop and execute content-driven B2B marketing strategies targeting healthcare organizations across global markets. Focus on top- and mid-funnel demand generation, building and nurturing Marketing Qualified Leads, and supporting a strong pipeline for sales and business development. Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, digital media, SEO/SEM), create and optimize content assets (white papers, case studies, webinars), and align messaging with product teams to articulate value for B2B personas. Collaborate with Market Insights, Product Management, and Sales to improve targeting, messaging, and lead quality. Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM systems, and analytics tools to track performance, measure MQLs and campaign effectiveness. Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and ability to work across functions in a mission-driven organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in B2B marketing
- Experience supporting demand generation, content marketing, and digital campaigns
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar tools
