Job Summary
Set and drive the full marketing strategy and rolling calendar, managing email, CRM, website, e-commerce, paid media, PR, partnerships, events, and packaging. Lead the marketing team and external agencies while overseeing product launches and compliance. Deliver monthly analytics and reporting to leadership. Own the marketing function from strategy through execution in this senior, hands-on role at a growing independent Melbourne specialty coffee roaster.
Required Qualifications
- Senior, full-funnel marketing experience
- Hands-on experience across email/CRM, e-commerce and paid media
- Strong analytical, reporting and commercial decision-making skills
- Strategic brand storytelling ability
- Precise writing skills
- Flawless attention to detail
- Calm and organised under a demanding, varied workload
