Job Summary
Marketing Manager, Away from Home at Florida’s Natural Growers leads Away from Home marketing, drives project execution and budget management, and serves as the primary marketing contact for Away from Home Sales and Internal Project teams. Responsibilities include leading teams to complete projects on time and on budget, developing and executing B2B marketing strategies for hotels/restaurants, colleges/universities, senior living/health care, and cruise/airline services, launching new items from ideation through in-market deployment, using data analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance, and supporting fundraising and philanthropic activities through the Florida’s Natural Growers Foundation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (Master’s preferred), 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience in food service, strong project management, data-driven decision making, excellent communication/presentation skills, familiarity with digital marketing tools, and the ability to work on-site two days per week; candidates must reside within commuting distance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Master's degree in business administration is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, data analytics and/or sales with a focus on the food service channel and products
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in analyzing business performance metrics and drawing data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site two days per week
