Job Summary
Marketing Manager, ASEAN is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth, market penetration, customer engagement, and brand awareness across Southeast Asia. The role leads go-to-market planning for product launches, campaigns, and strategic programs in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders; partners with sales teams and distributors to support demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth; gathers market intelligence and customer insights to inform decisions; develops localized marketing content, sales tools, and customer-facing materials; plans regional events and webinars; monitors campaign performance and ROI with recommendations for improvement; manages marketing budgets and external partners; ensures compliance with policies and regulations; mentors team members as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, diagnostics, or related industries
- Strong experience in commercial marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different countries and cultures
- Ability to work independently while effectively influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment
