Job Summary
Prospect, track, and report business leads while inputting and updating data on the firm's portfolio projects in Deltek Vantagepoint. Research potential pursuits, maintain pre-qualifications and IDIQs, and coordinate with Principals to produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations. Prepare tailored brochures, corporate collateral, and marketing materials aligned with the firm's brand for new clients and specific project pursuits. Manage the firm's CRM system and work independently to complete proposals from beginning to end with limited oversight. This full-time role is based in our New York City office and requires a minimum of five years of experience in the AEC industry.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in the AEC Market
- 5 years of experience in the AEC industry
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, architecture, or an equivalent level of experience
- Experience in an Architecture, Engineering, and/ or Construction firm
- Proficiency working with InDesign, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint
- understanding of OpenAsset
- ability to manage a proposal from beginning to end with limited oversight
- Fluency in spoken and written forms of Spanish language
- Business writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of architectural and graphic design
- In depth knowledge of the local and global architectural industry
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
