Job Summary
Marketing Manager – Europe responsible for planning and executing industry-specific marketing activities across the Europe region. Forge product-specific marketing strategies aligned with global goals, manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, social, email, events), collaborate with regional/global marketing, sales, product teams, and external agencies, and measure ROI/ROMI to report to senior management. Drive lead generation, expand the target audience within Europe, ensure brand consistency with global guidelines, and support go-to-market initiatives. Requires strong campaign and digital marketing experience in a global B2B context, stakeholder management, budget oversight, English fluency, and willingness to travel across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in campaign marketing and digital marketing, ideally within a global company
- Profound experience in building multi-channel campaigns, both organically and with paid media, including PPC, social media and other digital channels
- Experience in Account Based Marketing (1:1/1:few) is an advantage
- Strong Project management skills managing different campaigns and marketing activities at the same time including budgeting and performance measurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across different levels of the organization
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Profound experience in briefing and working with agencies
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in additional European languages is an asset
- University degree in business or marketing or equivalent
- Ability to travel across Europe
