Job Summary
Coordinate marketing campaigns, product promotions, and events across automotive and industrial equipment brands, managing agency coordination, supplier payments, and visual approvals. Support digital activities including website updates, social media reporting, and content checks while tracking monthly expenses and post-event insights. Maintain accurate product information across communication channels and oversee marketing inventory and vendor registrations. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of launches and displays within approved budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a marketing qualification or diploma
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within automotive, industrial equipment, B2B or agency environments
- Knowledge of campaign coordination, events, digital marketing, PR, supplier management and budget tracking
- Good negotiation skills and ability to support cost-effective execution within approved budgets
- Strong team player who can also work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Flexible, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of market trends and the ability to support marketing activities that are relevant to customers and the business
- Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills with good attention to detail
- Good communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers
- Experience supporting digital marketing, social media, campaign execution and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time and follow through on deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance, budgets and marketing spend
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
