Job Summary
Marketing Manager to define the AI Avatar and Conversational AI category, educate the market, and position Unith as an enterprise leader. Own marketing strategy across brand, content, growth, events, PR, and product marketing while supporting revenue generation and enterprise sales. Build narratives that resonate with C-suite, innovation leaders, HR teams, and enterprise buyers; translate complex AI technologies into clear business value; develop sales enablement materials and customer-facing assets; drive integrated campaigns to generate pipeline; report on funnel performance and manage marketing operations. Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model and onsite at least 3 days per week. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure market feedback informs product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in Enterprise Technology
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Technology Consulting
- Proven experience building and executing marketing programs that support revenue growth
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and consultative go-to-market motions
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Experience managing websites, content platforms, and campaign performance
- Professional fluency in English
- Professional fluency in Spanish
- 3rd language highly appreciated (e.g., French)
