Job Summary
Marketing Manager responsible for the management and development of Therapeutic Area product portfolios, leading TA marketing strategy and team, and coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans. Develop competitive marketing strategies, translate them into day-to-day tactics for sales force promotion, establish launch readiness and long-range product portfolio plans, build and leverage KOL relationships to shape treatment perceptions, apply marketing mix and communications to strengthen brand image, monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals, and lead and coach the TA marketing team, including onsite coaching for Local Marketing Managers/Supervisors, while ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams (regulatory, pricing, access, finance) to support market access and commercial goals. Required Qualifications
- Industry experiences: Minimum 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
- Position experiences: Around 5 years of central marketing experiences in the multinational company
- Minimum 1 year marketing management background
- Experience in Gastro, Pancreatic/Biliary surgery is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written
- Mobility: Willing to travel frequently
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plus
- Good team leadership skills & project management skills
- Strong commercial feeling and analytical skills
- Open minded with good communication skills
- COMPETENCIES: KPIs: Hard Sales Revenue and Margin, Market Share, Product Contribution and Growth in BU, People Attrition within BU sales team
