Lead development and execution of core menu initiatives, including establishing timelines, creative briefs, proofing, and competitive research. Manage local store marketing support across all locations by planning, creative execution, and developing turnkey media toolkits. Coordinate guest-facing programs such as annual fundraisers and new menu launches while analyzing online review data to manage escalations and support restaurant digital presence. Identify and execute charitable programs and sponsorship opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand standards are met throughout creative asset development and media planning.
