Job Summary
Create and post social media content for Instagram and TikTok, capturing photos and videos of properties and events. Maintain the brand voice across all marketing materials while supporting email, flyer, and digital initiatives. Plan and execute on-campus events, open houses, and resident activities by staffing tables and tours to increase property visibility. Collaborate with Leasing and Marketing teams to track engagement and provide general support as requested. This full-time role requires some Saturday availability and focuses on driving leasing traffic for Granite's student housing portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in marketing, communications, social media, or event planning
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- Comfortable interacting with prospects and residents
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
- This is a full-time position
- This position requires the availability to work some Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) preferred
- Graphic design or Canva experience is a plus, but not required
