Job Summary
Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners to increase census. Promote skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services through regular visits, networking events, and strategic marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate timely admissions while monitoring referral activity and market trends. Maintain accurate records of marketing outcomes and provide exceptional customer service to residents and families. Requires a driver's license and local travel for community outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Previous marketing or business development experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Nursing Home, Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation Center
- Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships
- Strong understanding of post-acute care, Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
