Job Summary

Executive leadership role to drive North American regional marketing strategy, oversee organizational restructuring, and lead transformation initiatives. Focus on aligning regional goals with global objectives, migrating local marketing activities to the Global Capability Center, optimizing e-commerce and lower-funnel conversion, developing B2B/B2C portfolios, and managing budget/teams. Reports to the Global CMO; hybrid remote in Atlanta with cross-functional collaboration across global teams. Requires 10+ years in marketing, experience in global/matrixed organizations, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, and MBA preferred. Not a hands-on content creation role; local content production and web management are centralized under this leader's roadmap.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing
  • Bachelore2 4s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce and B2B
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations
  • CRM software and marketing automation tools proficiency
  • DMP/TP platforms experience
  • Ability to bridge CMO strategy with technical data infrastructure
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
