Job Summary
Marketing Leader for the EMEA North Cluster oversees all marketing activities within the cluster, aligning regional campaigns with regional strategies and collaborating with regional teams to develop a 12-month marketing calendar. Leads regional marketing campaigns, coordinates asset creation with design, ensures messaging and branding consistency across cluster markets, mentors Country Marketing Coordinators, gathers market intelligence and trends, and partners with local leaders to manage annual local marketing budgets and performance. Strong emphasis on strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, analytics, and developing regional-to-local action plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals
