Job Summary
Marketing Lead for Portuguese-speaking Stake Brazil affiliate operations based in Melbourne. You will lead the Brazilian affiliate team, own the affiliate operating framework, manage campaigns, onboarding and collaborating with affiliates to drive growth, and translate leadership goals into actionable tasks. You’ll mentor and develop team members, deliver timely reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, and drive cross-department collaboration to improve efficiency. Your focus will be managing day-to-day engagement with partners, analyzing campaigns and traffic to identify opportunities, staying aware of the competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for team expansion and hiring. Strong track record in affiliate/digital marketing, team leadership, data-driven decision making, and experience with NetRefer or similar platforms, plus fluency in Portuguese, are required. Bonus points for direct involvement in affiliate program management, experience in crypto/iGaming, and willingness to work across global time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or a related field
- Proven track record leading and managing a team
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong background in analysing campaign performance and optimising to meet KPIs
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience across Excel, AI tools and reporting
- Experience managing an affiliate pipeline, identifying opportunities and pursuing partnerships
- Working knowledge of affiliate or CRM/sales platforms such as NetRefer
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as social media and CRM
