Job Summary
Marketing Lead Osteo Alps owns the osteoporosis marketing strategy for the Alps region (Switzerland & Austria), translating global/regional strategies into local plans, driving omnichannel engagement, and delivering cross-functional leadership to achieve strong business and patient outcomes. You will define growth drivers, customer segmentation, and value propositions based on local insights; drive KPI-powered performance; develop and refine Integrated Strategic Plans (ISP) with cross-functional teams; translate regional/global osteoporosis strategies into impactful local plans; develop promotional materials; ensure consistency in strategy, branding, budgets, and communications; optimize the customer and patient journey and track KPIs related to therapy initiation. The role requires strong brand strategy, digital and omnichannel marketing expertise, high attention to detail, and fluent German (French and English also required). The position is remote with hybrid work in Switzerland, with regular office days at the Bulle site, and involves collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 4–6 years’ experience in healthcare marketing and stakeholder engagement
- strong expertise in brand strategy, digital, and omnichannel marketing
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Fluent in German with good working knowledge of French and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- This is a remote position, with regular opportunities to connect with colleagues during periodic office days at our Bulle site.
