Job Summary
Marketing Lead for Home Lending Retail Growth Marketing responsible for developing and executing direct marketing strategies across omni-channel campaigns (email, direct mail, digital channels) to drive customer acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include defining audience strategies, optimizing the digital funnel, developing consumer lending nurturing journeys, translating journey designs into activation plans across multiple channels, uncovering insights through structured test-and-learn, collaborating with CRM and call-center environments, and presenting outcomes to internal stakeholders. Must navigate a matrixed organization, partner with analytics, and manage campaigns end-to-end within budget constraints; in-office role with multiple U.S. locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing direct marketing strategies
- Define campaign-level audience strategy and build omni-channel campaign strategies across email, direct mail and digital channels
- 5+ years of experience with digital funnel optimization
- Experience developing consumer lending nurturing journeys (Home Lending preferred)
- Ability to translate journey designs into activation plans across multiple channels
- Experience with CRM systems; exposure to call center environments is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment
- Bias toward action with ability to deliver actionable recommendations and maintain momentum
- Lead and prioritize test-and-learn initiatives to improve channel performance
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Strong presentation skills to internal stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate with agencies and external partners
