Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of Cisco Security's integrated marketing strategy for Germany, aligning investments with business priorities to build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline growth. Manage the Germany marketing budget while developing annual and quarterly plans incorporating digital campaigns, ABM, partner initiatives, and event programming. Act as the primary strategic partner to German Sales leadership, ensuring close alignment on priorities, target accounts, and execution plans. Execute multi-channel programmes across the buyer journey, including executive engagement, conferences, webinars, and sales prospecting initiatives. Coordinate customer activations, manage lead operations, and track performance using funnel metrics and ROI measurements to continuously optimise programmes. Produce regular business reviews for leadership with actionable recommendations. Partner with Customer Advocacy to increase customer references and success stories.

- Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales organisations, including joint planning, execution, lead management, and pipeline acceleration
- Strong knowledge of demand generation, account-based marketing, digital marketing, event marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and channel marketing
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across all stages of the customer journey
- Experience managing both digital and in-person events, integrating event experiences into broader marketing programmes
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, lead management, and campaign measurement
- Experience using Salesforce, Eloqua (or equivalent marketing automation platform), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
