Job Summary
Own all US marketing metrics driving demand and conversion, developing an in-depth understanding of performance to communicate results to senior leadership. Develop and implement high-quality activation plans for new site launches and demand partner programs, challenging end-to-end journeys to simplify offers for the target audience. Lead US quarterly planning efforts by translating data into actionable briefs for global teams while collaborating across pricing, demand, and optimization to test hypotheses that increase sessions. Support annual US marketing plan creation for financial forecasts and work closely with digital and site experience teams to improve customer performance. Manage budget and resources to deliver strongest outcomes against a three-year strategy, presenting insights and business recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a senior marketing role in the US market
- Experience preferably from within EV charging, fuels, convenience, or retail
- Proven commercial acumen with ability to maximise and measure ROI
- Ability to manage marketing spends
- Track record using customer insights to drive decision making
- Ability to activate and change tact quickly
- Experience of completing campaigns for retail or similar categories on the ground
- Capability to navigate an ever-changing environment
