Job Summary
Marketing Lead to develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns driving brand awareness and sales enablement. Role involves planning and executing trade shows and events (booth design, messaging, presence), supporting sales through tools and assets, managing platforms like Showpad and website content, building relationships with industry associations, creating engaging content (presentations, collateral, photos, videos), and measuring campaign performance to optimize results. Will bring structure to marketing through scalable processes and strong project management, collaborating across cross-functional teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field and 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with strong events/trade shows background and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–10 years of B2B marketing experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong experience with events and trade shows (global experience preferred)
- Background in sales support and marketing content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools
- Experience building or improving marketing processes and workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
