Marketing Lead Allergan Aesthetics

Job Summary
Marketing Lead for Allergan Aesthetics in Israel. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs to strengthen commercial impact, elevate brand presence, and drive sustainable business results. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate global direction into bold, effective execution, embedding commercial excellence and digital fluency across the business. Responsibilities include shaping the annual marketing plan, defining objectives, overseeing marketing campaigns and tactics, adapting global strategies for local needs, managing product management, marketing research, analytics, and ensuring compliance. You will build relationships with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams, engage with advertising agencies and key opinion leaders, lead, coach, and develop your direct report, and foster a high-performing, accountable team culture. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related), MBA/marketing qualifications (advantage), minimum 5 years in marketing/sales, experience in medical aesthetics or beauty brands, strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and fluency in English and Hebrew.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field is required
- MSc/MA in Business Administration, or additional marketing qualifications, is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial role
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, including managing relationships with key clients and direct-to-consumer exposure
- Previous people management experience
- Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, and/or beauty brands
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through strong leadership, motivation, and business ownership
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment and results
- Fluent in English and Hebrew
