Job Summary
Marketing lead at Accenture Song responsible for identifying and leading high-value new business opportunities, directing pursuit through pitch, negotiation, and close; mentoring junior talent and shaping the agency’s approach to new business, with emphasis on Generative AI, agentic technologies, and end-to-end marketing transformations. Collaborates with Strategy, Creative, and Account leadership to set pitches’ strategic and creative ambition, drive growth, and deliver tangible results across client portfolios; manages client engagements, guides capability strategies, operating models, and transformational roadmaps, and leads teams of strategists, creatives, production, and technologists to deliver full-lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, digital transformation, or account leadership
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, transformation marketing role either client side or creative agency, or consultancy
- Experience in strategy creation, campaign execution and management, content strategy, customer insights and marketing analytics
- Experience selling complex digital, technology, marketing, or transformation solutions
- Experience delivering Gen AI transformation projects
- A deep and practical understanding of Generative AI and agentic technologies and their transformative impact on marketing
- Executive-level presence with the ability to build trust and influence senior client and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading and delivering multi-million-dollar programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
