Job Summary
Marketing Intern at SV Microwave: assist the marketing team with ad creation using Canva/Photoshop, create and post organic social content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, collaborate with internal teams and agencies on campaigns, manage advertising schedules and placements, track campaign effectiveness, prepare internal training PowerPoints for the sales team on latest NPI product, create external emails with MailChimp announcing new product and supporting collateral, and support brand reach by maintaining SV’s presence on external sites in advertising and distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in or recently graduated from a marketing or related degree program
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint are a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving expertise
- Beneficial, but Not Required - Interest in using social media to creatively express a brand’s product
- Beneficial, but Not Required - Interest in video marketing
- Experience with editing software (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro)
- Position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls.
