Job Summary
Part-time Marketing Intern supporting the Earth Systems marketing and proposal team in the geotechnical engineering sector. Responsibilities include updating resume templates, assisting the Marketing Coordinator with social media management, data entry in Cosential CRM, video production and editing, accurate completion and submittal of SOQs and other marketing materials, maintaining the text library, and handling special projects as needed. Ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a degree in Marketing/Business/Communications, has strong written/verbal communication, creative attention to detail, familiarity with social media, and an interest in digital marketing tools. Pay range is $20-22 per hour, with exact rate dependent on experience and location. Employment contingent on post-offer background checks and related screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
- Hands-on experience with social media accounts and content creation is preferred
- Ability to assist in managing CRM (Cosential), data entry, and reporting
- Experience with video production and editing is a bonus
- Willingness to support proposal development and SOQ submissions
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
