Job Summary
Assist the Marketing & Sales Manager in executing marketing functions to achieve ticket sales goals. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, promoting events, managing outreach efforts, and handling sponsorship fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a college student majoring in Business Marketing or Mass Communication, with customer service experience and proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates should be flexible for varying work hours, including nights and weekends, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Customer/Guest Services experience required
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and personal computer(s) using MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
