Job Summary
Manage technical aspects of marketing campaigns, including website updates, social asset creation, landing page development, and campaign tracking. Contribute to events for the annual conference, proprietary seminars, workshops, and third-party conferences. Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support marketing activities. Identify opportunities for continuous innovation, including contributing to podcast projects. This part-time, fixed-term role runs until January 2027 with 3-4 hours daily. Based in the Tokyo office, no remote work is permitted. Native Japanese speaker with advanced English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Native Japanese speaker
- Advanced English proficiency, particularly strong in written communication
- Basic Statistical Knowledge (studied through general education, specialized coursework, or self-study)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Spreadsheets)
- Strong familiarity in handling data using Excel or Google Spreadsheets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative
- Demonstrates a high level of thoroughness and reliability in completing tasks
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for design
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- A strong inclination toward innovative technologies such as Big Data and predictive analytics
- This position is based in our Tokyo office, with no remote work permitted
- While business travel is generally not required, occasional accompaniment to events within Tokyo's 23 wards may be necessary
- This is a part-time, fixed-term contract running until the end of January 2027, with expected hours of 3-4 hours per day, 4-5 days per week (up to 17 hours weekly)
