Job Summary
Support AgFirst's Marketing team on strategic projects spanning digital marketing, CRM optimization, website enhancements, and customer research. Conduct campaign analysis and cross-functional work supporting communications and customer experience initiatives. Collaborate with professionals across disciplines while participating in a structured program featuring executive presentations, networking, and community service. Requires current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program with strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid schedule in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (junior or senior standing) or graduate degree program
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Market Research, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research, analyze information, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently with appropriate guidance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
