Marketing Intern

Marketing Intern will support Hillpointe’s marketing efforts by working across digital, property, and corporate marketing teams to execute campaigns and maintain brand consistency across the portfolio. This role helps connect strategy and execution by assisting with content, campaigns, and property-level initiatives that drive traffic and leasing performance. Provides exposure to how different marketing functions collaborate to support new developments, stabilize communities, and elevate the overall brand. Key responsibilities include optimizing strategy reviews for ILS platforms, updating and auditing property websites for accuracy and brand consistency, conducting local SEO audits, performing ILS audits (pricing, concessions, amenities, photos, and descriptions), tracking and reporting on key performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement), participating in cross-functional meetings, and providing general administrative and project support to ensure timely marketing initiatives. The work environment supports an office or remote/hybrid setup. Scheduling may be flexible to support campaigns and special projects.
