Job Summary
Marketing Intern assists with CRM data management in Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications, supports CRM organization and improvement, marketing automation workflows, lead capture from website forms, and related reporting. Collaborates with the Marketing Manager on marketing operations initiatives, supports troubleshooting and testing activities, documents workflows and procedures, and helps identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Requires basic troubleshooting, strong organization, and ability to work 10 hours per week in a collaborative team setting; role involves remote work from Davenport, IA with part-time scheduling.
