Marketing Insights Specialist

Job Summary
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead generation, product adoption, and brand awareness. Provide insight-driven recommendations to inform strategy and partner with sales and product teams to ensure accurate messaging and effective lead handoffs. Develop targeted content that educates prospects and manage initiatives across email, social media, and conferences. Conduct market and adoption research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning, utilizing surveys, focus groups, and CRM data to define buyer personas. Create clear reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders using HubSpot or comparable tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, demand generation, analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience executing or supporting digital marketing campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, social media)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Experience in education, EdTech, or B2B marketing is preferred
- Familiarity with adoption or lifecycle marketing strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
