Job Summary
Marketing Insights Manager - Commercial at GAF leads the Commercial insights and research agenda, partnering across Product Marketing, Sales, Building & Roofing Science and R&D to deliver customer-driven insights that guide product development and strategic decisions. The role manages end-to-end Market Insights projects, mentors analysts, and drives a roadmap for Voice of the Customer initiatives, with emphasis on customer needs, stakeholder collaboration, and actionable recommendations. Based in Parsippany, NJ with a hybrid in-office schedule (in-office Mon-Thu; optional remote on Friday). Essential duties include ownership of the Commercial Insights roadmap, coordination with cross-functional teams, management of internal/external resources, facilitating workshops/focus groups, and delivering insights to support business goals. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, project management, experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods, proficiency with tools like Qualtrics and Usertesting.com, and a background in Marketing Analytics or related fields. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree OR advanced degree preferably with a focus in Statistics, Research, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Human Factors, HCI/CS, Marketing, General Management, Architecture, Sustainability or Engineering.
- Master’s degree
