Job Summary
Marketing & Insights Leader (Associate Director) will support leadership in planning, coordinating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for Deloitte Africa. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing strategy and execution, production and distribution of insights and thought leadership linked to strategic priorities, management of digital content and social media platforms, media relations and news services, and coordination with regional communications professionals to advise on communications policy. The role requires formulating and implementing an integrated external communications strategy, assessing channel effectiveness, conducting audience analyses, maintaining a thematic content archive, and ensuring messaging aligns with Deloitte’s strategy. The candidate will manage media relations, drive thought leadership opportunities, oversee content calendars and collaboration with creative teams, and provide brand positioning and reputation management activities. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in management. Strong leadership, communication, project management and business acumen are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (relevant to Service Area / Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, Marketing etc.)
- 10+ years of working experience within the relevant function
- 5 years at Management Level
