Job Summary
Lead the implementation of advanced digital analytics measurement across corporate websites and mobile applications. Partner with IT and Marketing to translate business requirements into technical specifications, while gathering and analyzing data to measure user behavior and campaign performance across all digital properties. Build automated reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking and publishing key performance metrics with a focus on accuracy. Identify patterns and conversion optimization opportunities to recommend improvements to the user experience and online fulfillment processes. Serve as a thought leader for digital campaign measurement, working with stakeholders to inform decision-making for improving digital performance and driving ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, math, marketing, information technologies or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Digital analytics role
- Experience with all steps in the analytic process including problem definition, hypothesis development, program design, results analysis, summarizing and presenting analytics in an executive-ready format
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Experience presenting reports and insights to internal stakeholders
- Ability to translate analytic to reports

- Proficient with MS-Windows and other related PC applications

Desired Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- Knowledge of SAS / SQL a plus
- Knowledge of key statistical principles including sample size calculation, design of experiments and familiarity with test designs a plus
