Job Summary
Provide guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, beverages, and assist with special requests. Maintain knowledge of casino marketing and player development promotions to encourage guest participation. Encourage visitation through written correspondence and telemarketing while attending and coordinating special events. Resolve guest opportunities and conflicts in a fair, equitable, and diplomatic manner. Enthusiastically promote superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards. Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, one year of casino guest service experience, and one year of hosting experience with a guest following. Starting salary is $18.00 to $20.00. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (AA.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school
- minimum of one year Casino Guest Service experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the general public
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times
- Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence
