Job Summary
Marketing & Growth Manager leading customer growth and retention, coaching and developing employees, achieving sales goals, managing expired agreements, identifying profitable revenue opportunities, and representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community. Requires high energy, proven sales-closer experience, 2 years in retail/restaurant or related fields, and driving-qualification requirements including an MVR, DOT certification where required, and passing a drug screen and background check. Bi-lingual is a plus; role based in Evansville, IN with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must have HIGH ENERGY
- Must have a proven track record as a sale closer
- Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience
- Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
- Marketing & Growth Managers must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy
- All Marketing and Growth Managers must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment
