Job Summary
Marketing & Growth Manager responsible for the growth and retention of customers, development and management of employees, setting and attaining sales goals, managing expired customer agreements, exploring profitable revenue opportunities within the store, and representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community. Requires high energy, a proven sales-closer track record, 2 years of retail/restaurant or related experience, 18+ years old, with bilingual being a plus. Must have driving credentials (valid license, DOT/certification where required), a satisfactory driving record, and be willing to pass a drug screen and background check. Required Qualifications
- 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience
- proven track record as a sales closer
- 18 years of age or older
- bi-lingual is a PLUS
- satisfactory driving record
- DOT physical/certification where required
- valid Driver’s License
- ability to pass drug screen and criminal background investigation
