Marketing/Fundraising Officer

Job Summary
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy, optimizing messaging, user journeys, and landing pages to drive one-off and regular giving. Coordinate digital advertising on Google and Meta platforms while managing donor data hygiene, tracking contributions, and maintaining accurate donor records. Execute promotional strategies through email, website updates, and social media briefs to support stewardship moments and community building. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Face-to-Face program to align annual calendars, coordinate digital touchpoints, and prepare pitch materials for corporate partnerships. Manage donor inquiries via phone and email, confirm contribution details, and assist in drafting grant proposal sections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, PR, communications, humanities, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in public fundraising, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field
- exposure to digital and/or donor-facing fundraising
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Armenian
- Excellent content writing skills
- Strong organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital fundraising platforms
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies
