Job Summary
Manage the company website, ensuring it remains fresh and inviting, while steering social media channels and developing a content strategy that resonates. Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across online, print, and sponsorship formats, making independent budget and priority decisions. Organize and lead client events from concept to on-site execution, curate giveaways, and maintain consistent corporate design across all touchpoints. Draft engaging newsletters and collaborate with HR to advance the employer brand. Leverage experience in IT or similar sectors to drive innovation, share knowledge within the team, and execute projects independently from A to Z.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing
- Begeisterung für IT, KI und Social Media
- Kreativität und ein gutes Auge für starke Bilder und Designs
- Erfahrung im souveränen Einsatz von KI-Tools im Marketing-Alltag
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten – auch gegenüber Kunden und Geschäftsführung
- Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig von A bis Z zu verantworten
- Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Struktur, auch wenn mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig laufen
