Job Summary
Create engaging, SEO-friendly blog content and manage website pages to drive traffic and ensure accurate user experiences. Plan, coordinate, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, and press advertising while managing relationships with third-party partners and affiliates. Write compelling content briefs for stakeholders, brief contributors, and analyse performance data to present insights that optimise future strategies. Ensure brand voice consistency and collaborate with product and sales teams to execute cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience
- Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging content for a variety of audiences and platforms
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and digital content publishing
- Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
- Ability to create effective marketing briefs and collaborate with designers, agencies, and media partners
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent time management skills
- Confidence working independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider marketing team
- Competence in performance tracking & reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
Desired Qualifications
- Travel experience is desirable
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and working with third-party partners preferable but not essential
