Job Summary
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned AI & Data Analytics solutions, including COAs, Audience Solutions, and Spectra Database. Drive demand generation and audience acquisition campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth across the corporate market. Create and localize marketing content, partner with sales teams to align activities with business goals, and support customer engagement initiatives like webinars and events. Collaborate with global marketing colleagues to adapt campaigns for the China market while monitoring performance to optimize effectiveness. Requires a Master's degree, 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience, and fluency in English and Chinese. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on go-to-market planning, demand generation, and campaign execution
- Experience supporting commercial or solution-based products and working closely with sales teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Strong business acumen and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive continuous improvement
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries
- Experience supporting product localization and implementing global marketing campaigns in local markets
- Familiarity with lead generation, marketing automation, customer engagement programs, and event marketing
