Job Summary
Plan and execute paid and organic digital campaigns across Meta and other channels, supporting lead generation through click-to-WhatsApp ads, landing pages, and retargeting. Create social media content for Facebook and Instagram, including captions, ad copy, video scripts, and coordinating with designers for static posts and reels. Assist in event planning and logistics, managing booth setups, customer engagement, and post-event reporting. Identify brand partnership opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to align activities with business objectives. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on leads, enquiries, and conversion metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, or campaign coordination
- Strong communication, presentation, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to work independently while collaborating well with different teams
Desired Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience or a good marketing portfolio
- Candidates with a portfolio or relevant creative work, such as designs, videos, or photography
