Job Summary
Marketing Executive for KKday focused on Thailand-owned channels. Responsibilities include localising marketing materials for Thai users, managing KKday Thailand-owned-channel assets (homepage, category pages, product pages, CRM placements, Thai social media, and other web/app placements), coordinating with HQ and BD teams to identify deals to improve conversion, aligning with internal teams (owned/earned/paid media) for traffic exposure, supporting SEA/Thailand coupon setup and promo code tracking, using AI tools to create and localise marketing content for the Thai market, tracking basic campaign performance (traffic, clicks, CTR, conversions, coupon usage, bookings) and sharing simple insights, and supporting SEA growth marketing operations as needed. Requirements emphasize being based in Thailand or very familiar with the Thailand market, more than one year in Tourism or E-commerce, strong web/CRM/SNS understanding, attention to detail, data-driven mindset, knowledge of Thai consumer behavior, and bilingual proficiency in Thai and English (Chinese advantageous).
Required Qualifications
- Related background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 year)
- Fluent in Thai and English; Chinese is an advantage
- Good understanding of web, in-app, CRM & SNS
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance
