Job Summary
Front-line marketing representative who qualifies leads, provides guest services and generates tour flow by performing duties related to hotel marketing, concierge services, and vacation club promotions. Responsibilities include performing complex analysis of business processes, managing small projects, training less senior staff, coordinating with hotel and partner employees, and driving guest participation in sales presentations. Supported by a College degree and/or relevant experience; requires strong leadership and relationship skills, bilingual English/Spanish communication, excellent customer service and presentation abilities, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes maintaining a service-first approach, informing guests about the vacation club program, and facilitating bookings and sales presentations while representing Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
- Bilingual, ability to speak English and Spanish, fluently
- Demonstrate an ability to deliver high level of customer service in all situations
- Demonstrate the ability to build and develop strong work and guest relationships
- Stands, sits, or walks for extended periods or for an entire work shift
- Ability to climb stairs
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others
- Supports team to reach common goals
- Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
