Job Summary
Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels to generate Marketing Qualified Leads and support pipeline development within the BFSI sector. Coordinate Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting banks, insurance companies, and credit unions while managing webinars, email marketing, and marketing automation workflows. Lead management and analytics involve tracking campaign performance using CRM platforms, coordinating lead assignment with Sales, and preparing weekly dashboards for leadership. Manage the marketing campaign calendar, execution trackers, and documentation to ensure structured delivery, while overseeing website updates, landing pages, and digital content publishing. Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis across fintech and enterprise technology sectors to inform strategy and identify optimization opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, demand generation, lead nurturing, and multi-channel digital campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Marketo, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Marketing, email marketing, and campaign performance tracking
- Strong analytical, reporting, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within SaaS, enterprise technology, BFSI, fintech, cybersecurity, regtech, or digital transformation domains
