Job Summary
Own, manage, and deliver the group-wide content strategy across the website, social media platforms, and external events. Lead content marketing by writing, editing, and publishing copy for blogs, PR articles, whitepapers, and brochures while designing leaders for job ads and presentations. Drive grass-roots lead generation through inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, optimizing email automation tools to nurture leads and analyze results. Manage the company website, implementing a robust SEO strategy and driving performance improvements. Coordinate the distribution of editorial content and thought leadership pieces, while identifying and executing a calendar of internal and external events. Provide ROI analysis on marketing activities to recommend continued or future spend. Work closely with the sales team to market candidates and drive new client acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years' experience in B2B marketing and communications gained within a business services environment, ideally within the recruitment industry
- Worked on successful digital and social media strategies
- Proven experience in generating new leads through various mediums
- Extensive lead generation within the recruitment/sales environment
- Experience in executing content-driven marketing activities
- A strong copywriter with the ability to produce multiple pieces of content simultaneously
- Strong design and creativity skills
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to pragmatically prioritise activities and manage stakeholder requests
- Experience in reporting (ROI, activity...)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of WordPress is a plus
