Promote brand awareness internally and externally while using sales techniques to maximize revenue and upsell guests on Marriott vacation club packages. Verify eligibility for preview tours, explain sales presentation details, and provide complimentary gifts for patronage. Answer guest inquiries about facilities and services, manage messages accurately, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Follow all company policies, support team goals, and perform physical duties including lifting objects up to 10 pounds. No related work experience required.
